Currently, Belcher Mansion Professional Offices consist of two separate buildings;
The Mansion and the Office Suites. Added and attached behind The Mansion building is a separate office
suite which is accessable through it own entrance and via The Mansion.
Within The Mansion building, there are separate offices which are under lease. Since these offices are in
separate rooms, it is possible to combine rooms to expand needed square footage. Building overhead, maintenance,
utilities, and improvements are apportioned on a pro-rata based on square footage.
The Office Suites are in a building spearate from The Mansion by 20 feet. Currently there are offices
on the first floor, and walk-up offices on the second floor of which three have a third floor. Each office suite has
its own utility metering and air-conditioning unit.
